We are currently seeking 2 x Roller Operators to support the team in Jindera & Culcairn.
These roles involve operating rollers as part of road construction and resurfacing works while assisting the wider crew where required. This is a great opportunity to work locally, gain council experience, and be part of a supportive civil works team.

🔧 About the Role
You will be working within the council’s roads and infrastructure team, assisting with:
Road resurfacing and asphalt work
General labouring duties
Operating small plant/equipment (training provided)
Traffic control support
Working as part of a fast-paced outdoor crew

✔️ What We’re Looking For
MR Licence (minimum)
White Card (mandatory)
Previous construction or civil experience
Roller operator experience
Physically fit and able to work outdoors
Strong teamwork attitude and reliability

📅 What’s On Offer

8.5 hour days | 9-day fortnight
Monday-Friday roster
Great hourly rates + penalties
